STEVE VAN AMBURGH

Chief Executive Officer

Steve Van Amburgh is the driving force behind KDC. As Chief Executive Officer, he oversees strategic planning and coordination of new business development.

Van Amburgh assumed leadership of the company in 2001, after leading the KDC-Dallas operation for 15 years. During his tenure, KDC has emerged as a leader in the build-to-suit market, developing more than 70 corporate office and industrial projects valued at $1.5 billion. He also has focused on expanding KDC’s capabilities beyond development to include project/land management and investment services. As a result, KDC has experienced record-breaking activity.

Van Amburgh is an industry visionary in tune with the needs of Corporate America. He developed Intellicenter – a branded, high-performance “green” building program in multiple markets across the United States. He also acquired 2.75 million square feet of real estate assets from EDS in one of the largest transactions in 2005 involving multiple office properties worldwide.

Van Amburgh is on the board of directors of the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties and an active member of CoreNet Global and The Urban Land Institute.

TOBIN C. GROVE

President

As president of KDC, Toby oversees all areas of corporate development and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company including all regional offices throughout the United States. His responsibilities include strategic planning and new business development, and he manages all aspects of the development and financial operations for the company.

Toby’s experience with KDC encompasses more than 10 million square feet of office and industrial development as well as the development or sale of more than 3,000 acres. He is a current member and former board director of both The North Texas NAIOP and NTCAR, and is a current board member of the Real Estate Council. Toby holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, Real Estate and Finance from Southern Methodist University.

MURRAY NEWTON

Executive Vice President, Construction

Leading the project implementation effort, Murray Newton has built more than 10 million square feet of commercial, industrial, office, hotel and retail development projects in his 27-year career. Murray is responsible for the design, construction and administration of all development projects company wide. His diversified experience has proven to be a key aspect in the success of the KDC Team. He is a graduate of Texas A&M University, a LEED Accredited Professional and a member of the Project Management Institute.

SCOTT OZYMY

Senior Vice President, Partner

As Senior Vice President/Partner, Scott manages all aspects of development including acquisition, development, interim and long-term financing, financial analysis, asset management and the leasing and disposition of projects. Additionally, Scott is active in the development of the 125 acre Regent Center Business Park in Irving, Texas, the Intellicenter development program and KDC's industrial development program. Prior to KDC, Scott has over 15 years experience in acquisitions, development and asset management of commercial property including the 12,000-acre master-planned development, Las Colinas.

JAKE RAGUSA

Senior Vice President, Partner

Jake Ragusa is responsible for new business development and national marketing. Prior to KDC, he served as Regional Director for the Dallas office of InsigniaESG, Inc. overseeing the leasing, management and construction management operation for a 9 msf portfolio of office, industrial and retail properties. He is a licensed real estate salesman in both Texas and Colorado. Jake is a graduate of Southwest Texas State University and is currently an active member of The Real Estate Council, NAIOP, NTCAR and CoreNet.

BILL RAFKIN

Senior Vice President, Partner

As Senior Vice President/Partner, Bill leads property acquisitions and investments. He is responsible for all aspects of KDC's investments, from identification of opportunities, underwriting, capitalization, and to closing. Bill has been involved in real estate leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and development since 1984, with a concentration in industrial and office properties. Bill has closed over $1 billion of acquisitions and dispositions.

LARRY WILSON

Division President, Southeast

Larry Wilson is responsible for the strategic planning and administration of the Company's acquisition, leasing and development activities in the Carolinas and mid-Atlantic region. Prior to joining KDC, Larry was a Regional Vice President with Crescent Resources where he directed the development of over forty development projects totaling in excess of 7 million square feet of office and industrial space. In addition to his duties at KDC, Larry is on the NC Blumenthal Performing Arts Center's Board of Trustees and the Board of Directors of NAIOP and University City Partners.

MARK CASHMAN

Senior Vice President, Partner

As Senior Vice President/Partner, Mark manages all aspects of development including site acquisition, development, financial analysis, asset management, leasing and disposition of projects. Additionally, Mark is responsible for overseeing KDC's $350M Intellicenter development venture. This venture involves the simultaneous development of over one million square feet of newly developed office buildings in multiple markets across the United States. Mark has over 21 years of experience with commercial property including developing over eleven million square feet of industrial product throughout Dallas/Fort Worth. Mark also holds his CPM with the Institute of Real Estate Management and his RPA with the Building Owners and Managers Association.

BILL GUTHREY

Senior Vice President, Partner

Bill Guthrey is responsible for marketing CentrePort Business Park, a nationally recognized, 1,300-acre mixed-use park located near Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. He is also responsible for the Regent Center, a 123-acre master-planned office park in Irving, Texas, and 100 acres of prime office land in the Dallas Metro area owned by Rosewood Property Company. Prior to KDC, he has held a variety of positions in retail development and industrial brokerage. Bill is a Texas Tech graduate and received his MBA at the University of Texas at Dallas.

JOHN BROWNLEE

Senior Vice President, Partner

John Brownlee is responsible for KDC's marketing and redevelopment efforts relative to the 1.2 million square feet Campus at Legacy in Plano, Texas, and pursuing build-to-suit business. Prior to joining KDC, he represented numerous institutional clients in various aspects of their investments including acquisition, marketing, leasing, and/or disposition of office assets and land in the Dallas market. John is a graduate of the University of Texas and has been active in Dallas real estate for over 19 years. He is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, CoreNet & NAIOP and is a recipient of the CCIM designation.

DON MILLS

Senior Vice President, Construction

Don Mills is responsible for managing project design and construction. During his tenure at KDC, he has been responsible for the construction of projects valued at over $275 million. He has been notably involved with FedEx in Colorado Springs, Nokia, Burlington Northern Santa Fe and Sally Beauty Corporate Support Center. Don joined KDC after serving as Senior Project Director for a major brokerage company where he managed corporate projects for Pizza Hut, Samsung and others.

MIKE ROSAMOND

Senior Vice President, Construction

Mike Rosamond has a long tenure in Dallas-area commercial construction management. He is responsible for managing project design and construction. Noteworthy KDC projects include Nortel's 775,000 SF Galatyn Park (Richardson) campus, three call centers totaling 531,000 SF for Citigroup, Headquarters & Mfg. Facility for Advanced Neuromodulation Systems (174,000 SF), as well as a 263,000 SF client server facility for EDS Corporation in Allen.
